When it prompts you on what to do with the file, tell it to Run like below

 If you get this next screen just click on Run.

 

After that you will see a small program in the upper left hand corner of your computer.  This is the software that will allow us to connect to your computer to assist you.

 

 

Once the session has ended the technician will disconnect and close out the program releasing your computer.  If for some reason this does not happen or you no longer need their services, just click on the red X to close the program and click Yes on the following screen like below.
